What's Inside:

Bring four decades of songs to your gathering with two bingo levels and ready-to-use host pages.

The download is formatted for US Letter paper, 8.5 × 11 inches, with one bingo card per page. Inside you will find:

  • A cover and contents page to help you find each section.
  • Step-by-step How to Play instructions and a Ways to Win page illustrating six patterns.
  • Eight caller-sheet pages covering 60 songs, with 15 selections from each decade. Each entry includes the song title, artist, year, a fun fact, and a checkbox for the host.
  • Six pages of cut-out calling cards, with 10 songs per page, for 60 calling cards in total.
  • 30 Classic bingo cards, numbered 1–30, with 24 songs and a central free space on each 5 × 5 grid.
  • 10 Big & Easy bingo cards, labeled A–J, with eight songs and a central free space on each 3 × 3 grid.
  • 12 Decades Music Trivia questions, a matching answer key, and eight Memory Lane conversation prompts.
  • Tips for hosts and helpers, plus an About BrainFunHub page.

Choose the play level that fits your gathering

The Classic cards use the full 60-song selection. Choose a winning pattern before the round: one line, four corners, letter X, picture frame, plus sign, or blackout.

The Big & Easy cards use only the 20 starred songs identified on the caller sheets. Their extra-large print, larger squares, and smaller grids give players fewer spaces to scan. For this level, any completed line wins. Both card styles include song titles, artists, colored decade tags, a name line, and a free center square.

Familiar music across four decades

The song list moves from titles such as Rock Around the Clock and Que Sera, Sera to My Girl, Sweet Caroline, Dancing Queen, Lean on Me, 9 to 5, and Eye of the Tiger. Caller-sheet facts give the host something brief to share between songs, while the trivia page adds another way to enjoy the theme.

The Memory Lane prompts invite players to talk about their first record, favorite musical decade, dances, live performances, and songs connected with special people or occasions. The PDF encourages humming and singing along as players mark their squares.

Getting ready to play

Print one card per player and provide markers, crayons, coins, or bingo chips. To play recordings, prepare songs using your own music app or player; audio recordings and a ready-made playlist are not included. The alternative cut-and-draw method lets the host draw calling cards from a bowl and invite everyone to sing together.

During a round, the host plays a short part of a song, says the title and singer, and checks the caller sheet. Players mark matching squares, and the host uses the checked songs to confirm a bingo.

The helper tips suggest repeating titles slowly, allowing time to find squares, pairing players, or sharing a card with a helper. For repeat sessions, the PDF recommends card stock, or laminated cards used with dry-erase markers or bingo chips. Print the card level and supporting pages you plan to use for your session.

How many pages is the PDF?

The PDF is 62 pages, which includes the answer keys for the puzzles that have set solutions.

Can I print it at home?

Yes. It is a standard PDF that prints on any home or office printer, in black and white or colour. You can print the whole file or just the pages you want, and print a page again whenever you need a fresh copy.

Is the print large enough for someone with low vision?

It is set in large print with high contrast and generous spacing, designed to stay comfortable to read for older eyes. For very limited vision, printing at a larger scale using your printer's enlarge setting gives more size again.

This printable is made for caregivers, families, activity directors and senior living communities, and the pages are meant to be printed and used with the people in your care — one page for a short activity, or several for a longer session. Please do not resell or redistribute the file itself.
