What's Inside:
Roll, match, and flip with four ways to play, colorful cards, and friendly prompts for sharing stories.
Game cards and printable pieces
- 24 player cards: four sets of six dot cards in blue, green, purple, and orange, with values from 1 to 6.
- 6 Big Number Cards: numerals 1 to 6, each with its number written as a word, for matching the dots on a die to a number.
- 12 Two-Dice Challenge Cards: numbers 2 to 12 plus a Free Flip card.
- Fold-Your-Own Big Die: a cut-and-fold template with glue tabs, cutting and folding guides, and a note that opposite sides add up to 7.
Instructions and four play levels
The contents page includes a print, cut, and play checklist. The main instructions explain how to lay out one set per player, roll the die, flip the matching card, and pass when that card is already face down. The first player to flip all six cards wins.
Choose the version that suits your session:
- Play Together: share one card set and work as a team to flip all six.
- Classic Roll & Flip: each player uses their own color set.
- Big Number Cards: match the die's dots to the printed numeral.
- Two-Dice Challenge: roll two dice and add their values; doubles earn a Free Flip.
A solo option invites you to count your rolls and try to beat your previous total.
Conversation and helper pages
Roll & Share adds six story prompts, including a favorite childhood game, a meal someone made for you, a song that makes you smile, and your first job. The caregiver page offers five practical notes: introducing the game, counting dots together, simplifying play to cards 1 to 3, encouraging conversation, and printing durable cards.
Perfect For:
Seniors and families · Caregivers and helpers · One-to-one play · Small groups of up to four players
Getting ready
Print the pieces you plan to use and cut along the indicated lines. You will need scissors and a regular die, or you can make the included paper die using glue. The challenge version uses two dice. Card stock is suggested for sturdier pieces, and the helper notes suggest laminating cards for reuse. Each player set has a different corner shape as well as a color, helping keep sets sorted when printed in black and white.
